I am a brick layer with expertise in the use of traditional lime mortars, English bond and Flemish bond and styles of brickwork from the Georgian, Edwardian and Victorian periods of construction. Experienced with sandstone, stone foundations and rendering repairs, lime paints, under pinning and damp course work, I have over 30 years experience and take joy in this type of historic work.

We are a team with trade backgrounds in brickwork, stonework and plastering/ rendering; but we also possess a wide range of general building skills.  We can assess a building / structure and develop an appropriate program of work.  Our assessment would take into account the three components of preservation, conservation and restoration. The implementation of the program would be based on high quality traditional trade skills with a guarantee of best practice principles in all our  work. Our aim is construction which is aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound and ultimately maintains the integrity of the building fabric. We also offer advice and are able to treat damp, including the application of chemical damp proofing.
