Public consultation on the Draft Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment Bill 2023

​The public are invited to make submissions on the draft Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment Bill 2023 which proposes a number of changes to the operation of the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995.  

​The public consultation period for the draft bill will run for a period of six weeks, closing at 5pm on Monday 10 July 2023. ​
