NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ENTRY OF A PLACE OR
PLACES IN THE TASMANIAN HERITAGE REGISTER
In accordance with section 18(3)(b) of the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 (“the Act”) the Tasmanian Heritage Council gives notice that it has provisionally entered the following place or places in the Tasmanian Heritage Register:
THR 12054, Conjoined houses, 53 D’Arcy Street & 55 D’Arcy Street, South Hobart (updating the information held for THR 3087)
THR 12055, Fernleigh, 325 Davey Street & 327 Davey Street, South Hobart (updating the information held for THR 3098)
THR 12060, Conjoined houses, 58-60 Adelaide Street, South Hobart (updating the information held for THR 3075)
THR 12061, Conjoined houses, 229 Davey Street & 231 Davey Street, South Hobart (updating the information held for THR 3089)
THR 12062, Conjoined commercial properties, 335 Elizabeth Street & 337-339 Elizabeth Street, North Hobart (updating the information held for THR 155)
THR 12064, Kassa Villas, 9 Scott Street, 11 Scott Street, 13 Scott Street & 15 Scott Street, Glebe (updating the information held for THR 2136, THR 2137, THR 7476, and THR 7019)
Members of the public are hereby invited under section 20 of the Act to provide a written submission relating to that intention. Further, under section 19 of the Act, any person has a right to object to the entry(s).
A submission, or objection, must be made in writing and lodged with the Tasmanian Heritage Council within 60 days of the date of this notice.
An objection will be sufficiently lodged if it is sent to the Chair, Tasmanian Heritage Council, by post to: GPO Box 618, Hobart 7001, or by email to:
