Notice of Provisional Entries of Place in the Tasmanian Heritage Register

In accordance with the Act, the Tasmanian Heritage Council notifies it has provisionally entered the following place or places* in the Tasmanian Heritage Register:
Place(s):
THR 12137, Ceres, 121 Ceres Road & 123 Ceres Road, Mount Seymour, (updating the information held for entry THR 5493)
THR 12138, St Patrick’s Catholic complex, 55 Bradshaw Street, Latrobe (updating the information held for entry THR 3676)
Under the Act, members of the public can provide a written submission relating to that intention. Further, any person has a right to object to the entries.
An objection may only be made on the basis that the place does not satisfy any of the registration criteria on which the intended entry is based. The registration criteria can be found in the datasheet for the place.
A submission, or objection, must be made in writing and sent to the Chair,
Tasmanian Heritage Council by post to: GPO Box 618 Hobart 7001, or by email to: enquiries@heritage.tas.gov.au within 30 days of the date of this notice.
