In accordance with the Act, the Tasmanian Heritage Council gives notice it has permanently entered the following place or places* listed in the Tasmanian

Under the Act, any person who lodged an objection or submission may lodge a written appeal to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal against this decision. An appeal must be made in writing and lodged with the Tribunal, GPO Box 1311, HOBART TAS 7001, within 30 days after this notice.
