​Prior to private practice, Jo Lyngcoln worked within Government for 23 years providing conservation management across Tasmania for DPIPWE, Parks & Wildlife historic heritage, Port Arthur Historic Site, Government House, State owned heritage buildings and National and World Heritage sites. Since beginning private practice Jo Lyngcoln – Heritage Management (JL-HM) has provided conservation analysis, project planning and advice to private owners of heritage properties in both corporate and rural industries. JL-HM has been involved in consultancy partnerships in project submissions as the historic heritage component.
JL-HM brings the provision of heritage advice and planning, interpretation design, materials conservation and conservation and project planning.

Paul Hunt is a conservator who specialises in metals and objects conservation. Paul is also a carpenter and joiner and has many years experience in the building industry. Paul Hunt Preservation has been involved in works at Port Arthur and Western Tasmania, restoring and preserving historic equipment and buildings. Paul is based in Melbourne and has been the preferred contractor for numerous councils in Victoria, including the City of Melbourne.
