Open House Hobart is returning for its fourth wonderful year
on 5-6 November 2016, opening access to some of Hobart’s great hidden (and not so hidden) gems.
The program has been released and includes sites in
Hobart City, West Hobart, North Hobart and New Town, as well as Sandy Bay, Kingston
Check out some great heritage places, like the Hobart GPO,
Real Tennis, CCAMLR, Princess Park Magazine, Henry Jones Arts Hotel and the
Hill St Reservoir.
Also on offer is the chance to visit some modern gems ranging from the Wrest Point complex,
Vodafone centre, Hobart LINC, Tasports Tower, Pius X Church and the Dorney
House at Fort Nelson.
There’s something for everyone. Some sites are only
accessible via pre-booked tickets, while others are open at set times over the
weekend, so you can just turn up.
